Tottenham Hotspur face Arsenal in the North London derby and ahead of the clash, Richarlison has just sent a message to one of his new teammates.

Spurs have had a tricky opening to the season but will be looking to kick-start their campaign by taking advantage of a depleted Arsenal side.

Martin Odegaard will miss the derby with an ankle injury, Mikel Merino is out for several weeks with a shoulder issue and Declan Rice is suspended for the game.

Meanwhile, Ange Postecoglou’s side have been given great news with Dominic Solanke and Micky van de Ven passed fit to play.

Richarlison predicts Heung-min Son’s NLD gift for Dominic Solanke

Ahead of the North London derby, Richarlison has predicted a Dominic Solanke goal assisted by Heung-min Son.

On September 14, Spurs’ new signing celebrated his 27th birthday and Richarlison commented on his Instagram post: “Sonny will give you a gift [implying an assist] tomorrow bro.”

Solanke has made just one appearance this term having been absent with a knee injury for Tottenham’s last two matches.

The Lilywhites missed the striker against Newcastle having created so many chances against Eddie Howe’s team, however, they lacked someone who could convert. If Spurs create the same frequency of chances against Arsenal, Solanke is bound to get his name on the scoresheet.

How could Tottenham line-up vs Arsenal?

Postecoglou could opt for an attacking line-up given Arsenal’s midfield deficiencies, which could involve both James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski starting in the middle.

Wilson Odobert may keep his place on the wing whilst Solanke will return to the line-up from injury. Micky van de Ven is likely to also be back and replace Radu Dragusin.

Yves Bissouma looks to be a major doubt for the match after suffering an injury on international duty and could be swapped out for Rodrigo Bentancur.

Possible Tottenham line-up vs Arsenal (4-3-3): Vicario; Porro, Van de Ven, Romero, Udogie; Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski; Son, Odobert, Solanke.
