Queens Park Rangers' injury issues continue to mount with full-back Tariq Lamptey, midfielder Nicolas Madsen and striker Rumarn Burrell all sidelined until after next month's international break.
It means the trio will miss Saturday's home game against Championship leaders Swansea City, as well as the visit to Southampton and home clashes with Burnley and Lincoln.
Lamptey, 26, has missed four of Rangers' last five Championship matches and continues to be troubled by an ankle injury.
Madsen, 26, scored against both West Ham and Derby but was then only an unused substitute in Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Birmingham, having picked up an injury that will now require a period of rest.
Striker Burrell, 25, picked up an injury while on international duty with Jamaica last month and has not featured for Rangers since.
Midfielder Ilias Chair, who has not played for the last six weeks, has also been ruled out of Saturday's game against Swansea.
The latest injury blows come after full-back Amadou Mbengue was confirmed this week to have suffered a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.
However, striker Richard Kone, who went off against Birmingham on Saturday, has been passed fit to face Swansea, and left-back Dennis Cirkin is back after suspension.
Karamoko Dembele could also return to the squad for the first time since suffering a serious knee injury in January.
He played 45 minutes for Rangers' development side against Bristol City on Sunday.
"If the week is okay, perhaps he could be available for Saturday, for a very short playing time," said QPR boss Julien Stephan.
