Ex-Notre Dame tight end gets 2nd career TD with Patriots

It’s been a handful of games since former Notre Dame tight end and New England rookie Eli Raridon had his first career touchdown.

The second one finally came in the Patriots’ 30-24 loss to the Chicago Bears on Thursday night.

Raridon’s first-career TD came in New England’s 13-10 season-opening loss to Seattle. Then, TD No. 2 was recorded when quarterback Drake Maye found Raridon for a 30-yard connection and a score in the third quarter against the Bears.

Through six games with the Patriots, Raridon has 12 receptions for 168-yards and two scores.

Raridon had 48 catches for 468-yards and three TDs in four seasons with the Fighting Irish. He averaged 13 yards-per-reception.
