Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Dončić has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the L.A. Clippers.
Doncic led the Lakers scoring in a 136-129 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers at home on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The point guard nearly produced a double-double with 41 points, nine assists and five rebounds in 39 minutes played against Portland. It was a follow-up performance to his 52-point game against the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Oct. 25.
Doncic has been ruled out with back tightness.
He was not listed on Monday's injury report ahead of the game against Portland.
Coach JJ Redick is expected to talk to the media before tonight's game against the Clippers and will provide an update.
