FC Barcelona manager Hansi Flick adjusted the team’s training and travel schedule on Friday ahead of Saturday’s La Liga fixture against Real Betis at the Estadio de La Cartuja in Seville, Mundo Deportivo reported. The squad will fly to Andalusia following an afternoon training session rather than a morning workout, altering the initial itinerary to give players additional recovery time before the match.

Schedule Adjustments at the Ciutat Esportiva

Under the revised plan, Flick moved his pre-match press conference back by half an hour to 13:30 local time in the media room at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The team training session shifted to 15:30, following the media briefing. Once the workout concludes, the traveling party will head straight to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport to catch an afternoon flight to Seville, where the squad will stay overnight.

Squad Boost with Raphinha and De Jong

Thursday’s training session at the Ciutat Esportiva brought positive news as Raphinha returned to work with the group, providing a significant boost to the attacking options. Meanwhile, Frenkie de Jong continued training alongside his teammates and is expected to receive the medical all-clear to enter the matchday squad for the trip south.
