No. 20 Boise State was about to lose its place atop the Pac-12 power rankings after three quarters of play on Saturday at Washington State.
But the Broncos (6-1, 3-0) roared back with 21 unanswered points to secure a 31-10 road victory over the Cougars (1-7, 0-4).
Boise State is tied atop the Pac-12 standings with Oregon State (5-2, 3-0), which was idle last week. The two teams will meet at Albertsons Stadium on Nov. 14.
Here is the Week 9 edition of our Pac-12 power rankings.

Last result: Bye week
Previous ranking: 2
Season record: 5-2, 3-0

Last result: 20-17 home victory over Utah State (Saturday, Oct. 24)
Previous ranking: 3

Up next: Saturday at Boise State, 8 p.m. (The CW)
Last result: Bye week
