Concerned boxing fans spot Fabio Wardley moment that ‘didn’t look right’ hours before brutal KO by Daniel Dubois

BOXING fans were convinced they noticed something off about Fabio Wardley before he even stepped into the ring on Saturday night.

The heavyweight was stopped by rival Daniel Dubois inside two rounds at the O2 Arena in London.

And it took just 15 seconds for the Ipswich scrapper to hit the deck in the first – a far cry from the 11-round war the pair played out earlier this year.

But some fans reckon they saw the result coming after a video of Wardley arriving at the venue threw up some red flags.

Queensberry Promotions uploaded a video of him getting out of his car and walking to the doors, sporting an Ipswich kit under his signature jacket.

But the star’s gait seemed to be off, with his walking appearing somewhat laboured and out of rhythm.

Fans clocked on to the curious detail almost immediately, with one even predicting the outcome of the fight.

A fan wrote: “Dude don’t look right. I was leaning to a Wardley win this evening but seeing this I think it’s Dubois and early.”

Another worried fan said: “Something doesn’t look right with Wardley. Injured, tired.”

A third acknowledged: “He’s barely walking.”

And a fourth questioned: “Is it me or is Wardley limping?”

Despite his demolition in his quest to reclaim the WBO world heavyweight title, Wardley remained positive after the result.

He told DAZN: “It’s never fun to lose. It is what it is, I’ve always thrown myself in with the biggest, toughest, meanest guys around, there’s no shame in testing yourself against the best.

“Daniel is testament to coming again and I’ll come again.

“He’s a testament himself to losing and coming back, I’ll be looking to do the exact same thing.

“Thank you to Daniel and his team for two fantastic fights. I’ll come back stronger.”
