Realtors believe Drake would be the perfect person to take over the sprawling $6million Texas compound once owned by former heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman.
The 12,000sq ft mansion has an 11,000sq ft garage big enough for more than 50 cars and features the very same kitchen where the boxing legend filmed commercials for his famous grills.
Realtor Evan Compean, founder of the Compean Group, said his team has contacted representatives for Drake to see whether he would be interested in the property because he likes the region and has a ranch roughly an hour away.
The mansion, in Huffman, northeast of Houston, was the longtime family home of Foreman, who died in March 2025 aged 76.
Built in 2001, the Mediterranean-style property sits behind a gated entrance on 13.49 acres and was designed by Foreman and his wife Mary Joan Martelly after the family outgrew their previous home in nearby Kingwood.
The result is less traditional suburban house and more private compound. At almost 12,000sq ft, the single-story mansion has two kitchens, multiple living rooms, a library, two offices, a fitness room, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
There is imported marble, hardwood flooring, elaborate carpentry, columns and three fireplaces. But the real showstopper is the enormous glass atrium at the center of the house.
Steel framing and a soaring glass ceiling flood the entrance with natural light, while the two wings of the property give the sprawling home a sense of separation and privacy.
Drake has developed a serious taste for Texas real estate in recent years, paying around $15million for the former Inn at Dos Brisas ranch near Chappell Hill.
That property is on another level entirely, spanning around 313 acres between Houston and Austin.
Drake's Texas purchase has helped cement his reputation as a celebrity landowner with an appetite for privacy and plenty of room to roam.
