PWInsider reports that WWE has signed 23-year old Elly Finch, who took part in the 2026 SummerSlam tryouts for a WWE developmental deal.

The report adds that Finch, who was a shot put thrower for Michigan State’s Track and Field team, will be part of the next incoming Performance Center class.  

PWInsider concludes by noring Finch was the first female to play varsity football for Royal Oak High School in Michigan as part of the graduating class of 2023. She played tackle, left guard and middle linebacker.
