World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Kiana James showcased her support for Mexican football club Puebla by wearing a vintage jersey at SoFi Stadium during a National Football League game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals, El Universal reported.

SmackDown Star Appears in Los Angeles with Charlotte Flair

Kiana James, competing on the SmackDown brand, attended the NFL matchup alongside fellow WWE wrestler Charlotte Flair. Sporting a jersey featuring the historic crest used by Puebla during the 1989-90 season, James drew immediate attention from spectators and online observers alike. The 1989-90 campaign remains one of the most celebrated eras for the blanquiazul fanbase, a period when the club established itself as a major contender in Mexican professional soccer.

Over recent months, the relationship between WWE and AAA has facilitated deeper connections between visiting performers and local sporting traditions. Other prominent WWE personalities, including El Grande Americano with Club América and Penta with Pachuca, have similarly highlighted their affinities for Liga MX teams in recent months.

Club Puebla Responds to International Support

Following the circulation of images from the SoFi Stadium appearance, the official social media account of Club Puebla acknowledged the gesture. The organization welcomed the SmackDown wrestler to the blanquiazul family, prompting widespread engagement and commentary from supporters across digital platforms.

While Kiana James shows her support for Puebla, the cross-promotion has cemented a new connection between the Mexican football side and the global professional wrestling roster.
