Niang is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's matchup with Minnesota, Nick Friedell of The Athletic reports.
Niang will get the spot start with Gui Santos (knee) unavailable, and he'll be joined in the first unit by Stephen Curry, Brandin Podziemski, Yaxel Lendeborg and Draymond Green. Niang has been struggling with his shot this season, converting just 34.5 percent of his field goal attempts and 16.7 percent of his long-balls.
