Charles Leclerc capped off a perfect Friday at the United States Grand Prix by topping the timesheets again in Free Practice 2.
The Ferrari driver led championship leader Kimi Antonelli and back-to-back race winner Max Verstappen, while teammate Lewis Hamilton was in fourth.
His timesheet-topping performance came despite an early incident where George Russell forced him off track.
Russell received a black-and-white flag warning and was even investigated by the stewards, but was eventually cleared.
The session was characterised by track limit infringements, with multiple drivers having their times deleted.
Such scenes are usually seen in a qualifying session, but in practice, they show just how tricky conditions are.
There were also degradation complaints from numerous drivers, including Isack Hadjar, while Carlos Sainz wasn't at all happy with his Williams.
In fact, it was back-to-back sessions to forget for the British squad, who were topped by Cadillac's Valtteri Bottas.
