Watch as O'Riley scores first Brighton goal in over a year in 4-0 win

The Premier League team faced Kauno Zalgiris, a Lithuanian side, and triumphed with a 4-0 victory.

O'Riley was given a rare start by manager Fabian Hurzeler, playing on the right of a front three.

He seized the opportunity, netting his first goal since August 2025 with a header from a Youbes Ibrahim cross.

O'Riley has had limited league action this season, with only ten minutes in substitute appearances against Coventry and Arsenal.

The Europa Conference League could provide him with more playing time.

He moved from Celtic to Brighton in a record-equalling £25 million transfer, having impressed in the Scottish Premiership.

Despite high expectations, his first season was underwhelming, resulting in a loan to Marseille before returning to Brighton in January.
