The facility, launched by Evri Group at Dereham Town Football Club, aims to serve visitors to the ground as well as those who live nearby.

Customers will be able to manage their parcels at a familiar community venue that also includes a launderette.

The locker was installed by LockerQuest, with the money generated going back into the club's pitches, kit and coaching.

Hassan Dahag, head of lockers at Evri Group, said it is "exactly the kind of partnership we are proud to be part of".

He added: "By locating our lockers in places people already know and visit, we can make sending, collecting and returning parcels easier while helping community organisations generate valuable additional income.

Daniel McIlwraith, chairman at Dereham Town FC, said: "This partnership gives us a new income stream at zero cost to the club, and every penny goes straight back into grassroots football here in Dereham.

"It's a real win for us".
