MATCH REPORT: Shamsudeen hits HAUL as Ghana U-15 boys thrash Mexico to reach World Cup quarter-final

The Black Comets of Ghana have stormed into the quarter-final of the FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festival in Azerbaijan after recording a convincing 5-2 victory over Mexico, marking their second game today.

Shamsudeen Sulemana delivered a standout performance, scoring four goals to lead Ghana’s charge and take centre stage in the emphatic win.

Red-hot Abdul Aziz Issah also found the net to extend his impressive scoring run at the tournament.

The result came just hours after Ghana defeated Korea Republic 2-1 in the round of 32, but the young side showed no signs of tiredness as they produced another commanding performance.

The national U-15 Boys will now turn their attention to the quarter-finals as they look to maintain their momentum and move closer to the latter stages of the tournament.
