The final draw for the CAF Women’s Champions League Egypt 2026 has taken place in Cairo, Egypt.

Ghana’s Ampem Darkoa Ladies, after being handed an opportunity to qualify for the tournament following their successful protest against Edo Queens, have been placed in Group B.

The CAF Appeal Board ordered that the WAFU B qualifying final be resumed from the start of extra time with the score at 2-2, annulling Edo Queens’ 4-1 penalty shootout victory. A win in the rescheduled extra time will see Ampem Darkoa represent the WAFU B Zone.

Should Ampem Darkoa secure qualification, they will be in Group B alongside Moroccan giants AS FAR, USFAS Bamako from Mali and Kawempe Muslim Ladies from Uganda.

The tournament is scheduled to be played in Egypt from November 1 to November 15, 2026.
