The promising attacking midfielder registered his name twice on the scoresheet to help the Young Beavers thrash their visitors by a cricket scoreline in the Portuguese U19 Championship over the weekend

Ghanaian teen Adomako Baafi netted a brace in Paços de Ferreira U19 4-0 home victory over AVS U19 in the Portuguese Campeonato Nacional de Juniores on Saturday.

The 18-year-old, who linked up with the Estádio Capital do Móvel outfit from Ghanaian academy side Liberty Academy in the summer of 2026, scored on the 25th-minute and 67th-minute of the game by setting up another one for his team-mate to aid his side triumph over their league rivals at the end of the contest.

Baafi has now bagged 4 goals across 3 game appearances for Paços de Ferreira U19 in this ongoing 2026/27 Portuguese U19 Championship.

With his great potential and promising talent, the starlet could become a future asset for the Ghana national football team in the not-too-distant future.
