The Wisconsin Badgers Women's Hockey team has finalized their schedule for the 2024-25 season, promising an exciting lineup of games ahead.
New Additions and Special Events
The Badgers will be playing a total of 15 home games this season, with a standout event being the second-ever outdoor game at Wrigley Field on Jan 4 against Ohio State. This outdoor spectacle is a part of The Frozen Confines: Big Ten Hockey Series and will surely be a thrilling match for both teams. The game at Wrigley Field will be preceded by a faceoff against the Buckeyes on Thursday, Jan 2, adding to the excitement of the series. Originally scheduled for the weekend of Feb 14-16 in Madison, the series against Ohio State has been rescheduled, with both teams now having a bye that weekend.
Exciting Season Opener
The Badgers will kick off their 2024-25 campaign with a home series against Lindenwood on Friday, Sept 27 and Saturday Sept 28. Fans can catch the action starting at 7 p.m. on Friday at Labahn Arena, with the series finale set for 2 p.m.
League Play Begins
League play for the Badgers starts with a series at home against Minnesota Duluth on Saturday Oct, 12 and Sunday Oct. 13, with both games scheduled for a 2 p.m. puck drop.
October Matchups
