Rangers vs St Johnstone injury news: 7 out and 1 doubts as Derek McInnes mulls over change at Ibrox

Here is the latest team news ahead of Rangers v St Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.

Rangers will look to get back to winning ways this weekend as they welcome St Johnstone to Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday (kick-off: 3pm).

Derek McInnes’ men saw their seven-game winning run snapped at Dundee last week, as goals from Badredine Bouanani and Nico Raskin proved to be only enough for a point as Steven Pressley’s side fought back for a draw at Den’s Park. Following Celtic’s 7-1 win over Hearts a day later, Rangers are now four points adrift of their rivals at the top of the table.

As for their visitors, St Johnstone, last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Dundee United made it three games unbeaten as they moved into fifth place in the league. Simo Valakari’s side have performed above expectations following their promotion last season, and a first league win in Govan since 2017 could take them as high as fourth.
