Puka Nacua has carried the Los Angeles Rams' passing attack all season, and that held true on Sunday against the Washington Commanders. Through three quarters, he had 13 catches on 18 targets for 143 yards, and then on the fifth play of the fourth quarter, he found the end zone with his 14th grab of the day.
It might've been his best, too.
He went up and fought the defender for the football, coming down in the corner of the end zone for six points. Not many receivers would have made this catch, but Nacua makes the difficult look routine. He's up to 14 catches and 150 yards with that touchdown, which gave the Rams the lead, 20-13, after the PAT.
Nacua's 14 catches are by far the most on the team today, with the next-closest player being Colby Parkinson, who has four catches for 13 yards.
