A goal from a former player. In the 90th minute. The laws of football are harsh and can hurt. Really hurt.

Roma paid the price: on a dream evening, they left with broken bones, after conceding the decisive goal from Rudiger.

The German, deeply attached to the city and the team, shattered Gasperini’s dream.

A goal that allowed Mourinho to relax, but it hurt. Because Rudiger didn’t even celebrate: immediately after the goal, he apologized to the Curva Sud.

And a few hours after the match, his message of love arrived: “Roma will always have a special place in my heart and in my journey.” Rudiger hasn’t forgotten the team that transformed him into one of the best in the world.
