"Big" Bronson Reed studied the art of perfecting his body while recovering from his torn bicep injury that occurred this past February. Before his comeback at WWE's first-ever Sunday Night's Main Event on September 6, Reed posted a picture online, displaying a more shredded version of himself. Feeling good and ready to pick up where he last left off, the king of Tsunamis explained what propelled him to create this new image of himself, as well as how much weight he's lost so far.

"The way I did it is, I really just locked in," Reed began in his interview on "Cheap Heat." "You know, I've had serious injuries before, but this was a serious one with my bicep. I was like, what can I do to sort of stand out when I return? Last time I got injured, I joined The Vision...I thought, you know what, I'm just going to get into great shape. I have a coach in Australia that helps me. He helped me with my nutrition and my strength and conditioning. I was able to drop 50 pounds in those six months when I was injured."

Though he couldn't capture a singles win over Oba Femi at Money in the Bank earlier this month, needless to say, that loss has only fueled his fire to stand out in another way among his Vision cohorts. At this time, the Vision's Bron Breakker and Austin Theory are carrying the World Tag Team Championships.
