Man City XI vs Ipswich: Confirmed team news, predicted lineup and injury latest for Premier League
What should Man City's punishment be? The Standard's reporters have their say

Enzo Maresca is expected to rotate as Manchester City host Ipswich Town this weekend.

City, still playing under the shadow of a pending appeal against over 100 charges of gross financial misconduct, were humbled by Paris Saint-Germain in midweek, falling to a grim 4-2 defeat. The ever-reliable Erling Haaland scored both goals for Maresca’s men.

The league-leading Mancunians will be in the market for a morale-boosting victory as they host the Tractor Boys this weekend, then, though Maresca may still rotate his side.

Fortunately for the Italian, he has no known injuries to contend with and should be able to pick from a full complement here.

Haaland will keep his place up top, but there may be changes in behind. Rayan Cherki was hooked at half-time against PSG and is not expected to start here, with Phil Foden waiting for a chance. Iliman Ndiaye and Antoine Semenyo will take up places on the wings.

Ayyoub Bouaddi, meanwhile, impressed after being brought on at the break, and should get a chance to impress against a newly promoted side here. Elliot Anderson may make way.

Matheus Nunes will reclaim his place at right-back after an uninspiring showing from Abdukodir Khusanov, who was given a difficult evening by Desire Doue on Wednesday.

Ruben Dias and Marc Guehi should keep their placs, though Josko Gvardiol will drop out for Nico O’Reilly.

Man City predicted XI vs Ipswich: Donnarumma; Nunes, Dias, Guehi, O’Reilly; Bouaddi, Fernandez; Semenyo, Foden, Ndiaye; Haaland
