The 29-year-old retained his WBO mantle at The 02, North Greenwich last Saturday after dismantling British rival Fabio Wardley in two brutal rounds in their rematch which was billed by promoters Queensberry Promotions as 'Run It Back'.
Dubois decked Wardley, 31, from Ipswich, to the canvas after 17 seconds of the opening round with a whopping right hand.
He continued to pile on the pressure before Wardley's corner threw in the towel in round two and referee Steve Gray stopped the bout in 2.21.
"I was just in the zone as Frank (Warren) says in the changing room. I was so on it, I wasn't going to be denied and I refused to lose," Dubois said in the post-fight press conference.
"Fabio's (Wardley) got a great chin and he is known for taking punishment.
"I was going through him with my punches but I just had to pull myself back at times and reset.
"I want to continue this momentum from this fight and come and take it to the next fight, that's what I'm thinking."
Agit Kabayel, 34, from Leverkusen, Germany, is also promoted by Queensberry Promotions and is due to defend his WBC crown against Albania's Nelson Hysa on November 28 at ESPRIT Arena, Düsseldorf, Germany.
However, Dubois has not ruled out a rematch with Croatia's IBF ruler Filip Hrgovic, who the Londoner beat back in June 2024, Russia's WBA title holder Murat Gassiev or the winner of the big December showdown between Tyson Fury and former Finchley ABC's Anthony Joshua.
"I've heard talk about Agit Kabaye! but I'll fight whoever is next in line," Dubois added.
"Whoever pays the most cash!"
His promoter, Queensberry Promotions paymaster Frank Warren, believes Dubois has got all the essential abilities to become an undisputed world heavyweight champion next year.
"When he's (Dubois) doing what he's doing at his best you've got to be some fighter to be standing and being able to take those shots," says the legendary 74-year-old Islington-born boxing promoter.
"He's a tremendous puncher and when he gets you in trouble, you're in trouble.
"He's a good finisher.
"I think the referee was right and I think the corner was right what they did in pulling Fabio out.
"We will find out next year.
"The name of the game is to get those four belts. He wants the four belts, so do all the other guys.
"But that's what's going to be so exciting about it because we're seeing it happen and making it happen."
