WATCH: Patriots strike back in third quarter vs Bears with Raridon TD

After failing to score in the first quarter, the New England Patriots have turned their game against the Chicago Bears into an offensive showdown. The Bears scored a touchdown on their opening drive of the second half and the Patriots responded with a touchdown of their own from rookie tight end Eli Raridon. The Bears still lead 27-21.

Here is a look at Raridon’s touchdown, courtesy of the NFL’s official social media:

New England’s wide receivers have barely been a factor in this game so far, as their running back, Rhamondre Stevenson, is their leading receiver. Tight ends Eli Raridon and Hunter Henry are second and third on the Patriots in receiving with 56 and 54 yards, respectively. Raridon now has two touchdowns on the season, with his first touchdown coming against the Seattle Seahawks in the season opener.

Between the Bears and the Patriots, there have only been five punts and four of them took place in the first quarter. There have also been 38 points scored between them since the end of the first quarter. New England is about to get the ball back with a chance to take their first lead of the game.
