Jacobe Smith to face Randy Brown

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, Heavy.com reported that Randy Brown will be Jacobe Smith’s next opponent.

The 20-8 veteran was originally supposed to fight Carlos Leal in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 123.

Now Brown will try to snap his two-fight losing streak by becoming the first man to beat Smith in MMA on October 31.

‘Rude Boy’ got stopped by a knee from Gabriel Bonfim before Kevin Holland outpointed him at UFC 327 earlier this year.

Brown hasn’t tasted victory inside the Octagon since knocking out Nicolas Dalby in April 2025.

Who else is fighting at UFC Vegas 123?

A clash between top 15 lightweight contenders Renato Moicano and Tom Nolan is set to headline UFC Vegas 123.

Twelve bouts will take place before they square off in a fight scheduled to go five rounds.
