It looks like Dillon Danis has battled through a tough weight cut ahead of his RAF grudge match.

While Danis is set to face Colby Covington next month, the controversial star has another big matchup on his hands tomorrow night.

It was of little surprise that RAF 14 week in Las Vegas resulted in a brawl breaking out between Arman Tsarukyan and Danis.

Following the press conference, the last hurdle for both sides of the main event was the weigh-ins, which appeared to be smoother for one man.

Describe Dillon Danis’ career in one word.

Dillon Danis looks to have struggled through a weight cut to make Arman Tsarukyan match official

Arman Tsarukyan had no problems making weight last month for UFC 331, where he cemented himself as the top lightweight contender.

Therefore, needing to be 175 pounds for his RAF middleweight crossover championship match on October 23 seemingly wasn’t a struggle for him.

It doesn’t look like the same can be said for his opponent, Dillon Danis.

The former grappling star did successfully hit the mark after weighing in at 174.8 pounds to make the inaugural title match in the main event official, but did not appear to be in great condition when doing it.

Danis having a rough time getting down to 175 pounds isn’t that surprising considering that this is the lowest he’s weighed for an RAF match.

After meeting Colby Covington at cruiserweight (190 pounds) in March, he went head-to-head with Khamzat Chimaev, before the match ended in a brawl, at a catchweight of 205 pounds.

Chimaev also successfully made weight earlier today, having come in at 195 pounds for his match with former UFC champion Robbie Lawler, who came in slightly lighter at 194.8 pounds.
