Conley is not expected to play against the 76ers on Friday, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports.
Conley is not one of the players Grande listed in either the starting lineup nor who will dress for Friday's preseason finale. Conley should be available for Boston's regular-season opener against Detroit, but what his role and playing time will look like remains to be seen, given that he's projected to work behind Derrick White and Payton Pritchard.
