Manchester United were humiliated by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon, and several players should be hanging their heads in shame.
Michael Carrick would have been thrilled at half-time as Manchester United deserved all three points, but a second-half disaster saw Chelsea win the game 2-0.
Messi and Ronaldo RUINED the Ballon d'Or
United collapsed after the first goal by Morgan Rogers, with Lisandro Martinez then deciding to get himself sent off with two yellow cards in quick succession. Chelsea then went on to kill the game off with a second goal and could have had more.
Here are United’s players’ ratings against Chelsea.

Lisandro Martinez sees RED as Manchester United LOSE to Chelsea: What is your INSTANT REACTION? What does this defeat mean for Michael Carrick? The players keep letting him down…
Made a couple of good saves but ultimately conceded goals he could have stopped, beaten four times if you include the tight offsides.
Once again looked like one of the best players in a United kit, taken to right-back really well, and made some brilliant defensive contributions. Looks like the more experienced player among his more senior teammates.
Had some really shaky moments, almost handing Estevao a goal in the first half, before Morgan Rogers made him look amateur for the goal. Shouldn’t be starting games at this level.
For a player who was complaining three weeks ago about United not being good enough, he got himself sent off and handed Chelsea a 2-0 lead with reckless actions. Embarrassing, and he shouldn’t play for the club again. Thrown his teammates and manager under the bus; Carrick’s reaction said it all.
Did well against Estevao but was also beaten a handful of times. A typical performance.
Not a great showing, but it was far from bad. Hooked in the 57th minute, probably quite harshly.
Looked really good on and off the ball, helped move the ball well, and also had a couple of vital interventions to deny Chelsea. Did well and can’t be blamed for the collapse.
Had a lot of chances, which he fashioned through some brilliant football. Unfortunately, it was the same old story as he failed to take these opportunities. Should have scored, but a really good performance up until his final shot.
Played some nice passes which could have and maybe should have led to goals, but it again just wasn’t good enough from the club captain.
Unfortunate to have been offside for his disallowed goal, but worked hard throughout.
Should have scored, but didn’t have the positioning to follow Fernandes’ cross in. Offered little elsewhere besides his brilliant effort in the 92nd minute.
Was chanted for the entire game by the fans, but he offered very little on the pitch as Chelsea had seized control by the time he had a chance to make his impact.
Did very little after his introduction.
Did no worse than Martinez, but for Estevao’s offside goal, he wasn’t anywhere near him and caught out of position.
