Germany U21 forward Nicolo Tresoldi was already heavily linked with a move away from Club Brugge last summer, and interest in the striker has hardly cooled following his impressive performances this season, including a hat-trick against Inter in the Champions League.

According to Sky Germany, Arsenal are particularly keen on the 22-year-old. The Gunners were among the clubs interested in signing him last summer and continue to monitor the young German striker closely.

However, Sky reports that sources close to the player don't see a January move as a realistic option at this stage, with a potential transfer in the summer of 2027 more likely.

Arsenal are far from the only club interested in Tresoldi, who has also attracted attention from a number of other European heavyweights.

The 22-year-old, who has yet to decide whether to represent Germany or Italy at senior international level, is under contract with Club Brugge until 2029.
