According to TEAMtalk, Trent Alexander-Arnold is considering his future at Real Madrid amid growing frustration over a lack of regular playing time, with Liverpool among several clubs monitoring the situation.
The England international remains happy in Madrid overall, but concerns are growing about his limited role in the team. Alexander-Arnold has struggled to establish himself since arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2025, making just 14 starts last season and only three so far during the current campaign.
Questions over his standing intensified when Real Madrid opted to use Federico Valverde at right-back against Sevilla despite Alexander-Arnold being available. He was also withdrawn after just 52 minutes in a recent match against Villarreal, further fuelling speculation over his long-term future.
Liverpool are believed to be seriously considering a move to bring the academy graduate back to Anfield. The Reds apparently feel they have never fully replaced Alexander-Arnold following his departure, with Jeremie Frimpong not offering enough, and view a potential return as a solution to a long-running issue at right-back.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern Munich are also reportedly keeping a close watch on developments. While Real Madrid are not actively seeking to sell the 28-year-old, they could consider a suitable offer.
