AC Milan are preparing an improved contract for Adrien Rabiot after the French midfielder’s strong performances under manager Ruben Amorim this season.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan want to extend Rabiot’s agreement until 2030. His current deal runs until 2028 and includes an option for a further year.
The 31-year-old has become a central figure for the Rossoneri, contributing four goals and three assists during the campaign. His latest goal came in the weekend victory over Atalanta.
Milan owner Gerry Cardinale is said to be particularly pleased with Rabiot’s impact away from his on-field contributions. His leadership has strengthened his position as an increasingly influential member of the dressing room.
The club regard Rabiot’s experience, consistency and tactical flexibility as important qualities for their long-term plans, with Milan seeking to build on their success in the coming years.
