Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has discussed the London club’s attacking output after the opening six rounds of the current Premier League season.

Chelsea have scored 15 goals during that period, but have also conceded 13, highlighting the contrast between their threat in front of goal and their defensive record.

The team responded in their previous match with a 5-1 victory over Bournemouth. It was Chelsea’s biggest result of the season so far and took their goals tally to 15 after six league fixtures.

Alonso’s side will next face Everton. The match will take place on 17 October, with kick-off scheduled for 14:30 Moscow time.
