Eberechi Eze’s limited Arsenal role leaves midfielder frustrated

Eberechi Eze is unhappy with his current position at Arsenal, according to a report published by Teamtalk.

The 28-year-old England midfielder is understood to be disappointed by his status as a squad player under manager Mikel Arteta.

Arteta does not appear convinced by Eze as an option in the number 10 position and is also uncertain about using him on the left side of the attack. That has left Eze frustrated by his lack of regular involvement in the London club’s team.

Eze joined Arsenal last summer and has a contract with the club until the end of June 2029. His market value is estimated at 60m euros.

He has made five appearances in the English Premier League this season.
