Esperance sportive de Tunis begin their 2026-2027 CAF Champions League campaign against Al-Swehly SC on Sunday, 18 October, in the first leg of the competition’s second preliminary round.

The match will be played at the Misrata stadium in Libya, with kick-off scheduled for 17:00 GMT. That corresponds to 18:00 local time in both Tunisia and Libya.

Supporters in Libya can watch the game live on Libya Sport, the match’s Libyan broadcaster. Tunisia’s national channel Watania 1 is also expected to show the fixture live.

The opening leg gives Esperance an opportunity to establish themselves in the competition and secure a positive result before the return match. That second fixture is scheduled for Saturday, 24 October, at the Olympic Stadium of Rades.

Al-Swehly, meanwhile, will look to use home advantage to gain the upper hand in the race for qualification.
