WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page has discussed his recent talks with Triple H and other WWE officials about a role at the Performance Center.

During his recent appearance on TMZ’s Inside The Ring, the wrestling legend discussed his DDP Yoga program.

DDP shared his experience helping wrestlers recover from injuries and revealed his interest in working with WWE’s current talent.

The discussion prompted Page to explain how he hopes to work with WWE talent at the Performance Center.

DDP discusses his plans to help WWE talent with injury prevention

According to DDP, his potential role at the Performance Center will involve him conducting regular training sessions for the talent. He hopes to spend three days at the WWE PC during each visit, potentially three times a year.

He said, “I talked to Triple H, and Nick, and Chris.” He then outlined his proposal to the WWE officials.

“Here’s what I’d like to do, and I want to go down and do it like three days, three times a year because it will help the guys who really want to put the work in.”

DDP emphasized that injury prevention is one of the key benefits of his program. The DDP Yoga is an amalgamation of yoga-inspired movements, resistance training, and rehabilitation exercises.

Several notable names from the wrestling industry, such as Chris Jericho, Drew McIntyre, Scott Hall, Mick Foley, and many more, have taken up the program.

Chris Jericho is one of the biggest advocates of the program. The AEW star took up the program after wrestling with severe back pain. Eventually, Jericho became hooked on DDP Yoga after seeing its benefits.

Interestingly, this won’t be the first time that DDP would introduce his program to the performance center if plans materialize. The 70-year-old WWE legend was previously at the PC in 2013, training younger wrestlers.

The program has also received overwhelmingly positive feedback from past participants outside the wrestling industry.
