Regrading Tennessee Titans' 2026 NFL Draft picks at the bye

The Tennessee Titans enter their bye week with a disappointing 1-7 record, but have shown signs of growth in their first season under Robert Saleh. While it hasn’t been what anyone really expected, it is a step in the right direction.

The Titans are a young team, and they have received contributions from many of the 2026 draft class, so entering the bye, it is a perfect time to look back and grade their performance through eight games.

Looking back, the Titans’ draft class was one of the more polarizing classes across the media spectrum, with overall grades ranging from an A+ to a C-.

Here is how we broke down all eight of the Titans' selections in April and now in November.

Round 1: WR Carnell Tate - Original Grade: B+ - November: B+

Tate has developed into the Titans' top wideout and looks like a long-term answer in their receiving corps. But things haven’t been perfect. Tate has had some issues with ball security and drops in games, and has battled some nagging injuries, but nothing that should prevent him from ascending as he gains confidence.

Round 1: Edge Keldric Faulk - Original Grade: A- - November: C

Everyone knew Faulk was raw coming in and would take time to develop, and that's been the case through the early part of the season. Faulk has seen limited snaps in the rotation, but has shown signs of development. A preseason shoulder injury held him back early, but he's been coming on strong, and his grade could be higher by season's end.

Round 2: LB Anthony Hill Jr. - Original Grade A+ - November: A

Hill burst onto the scene in the opener, seized an opportunity, and hasn’t looked back. The rookie linebacker plays fast and physical, but some coverage hiccups brought his grade down a notch. But as a green-dot rookie, he will only improve with experience.

Round 5: G Fernando Carmona - Original Grade: B- - November: A

Carmona was a polarizing pick in April, but proved a tremendous value early in 2026. Carmona came into training camp and won the starting right guard opening, giving the Titans’ offensive line a physical presence. Unfortunately, a foot injury against the New York Giants in Week 3 put him on injured reserve, but from the small sample size, this pick was a winner.

Round 5: RB Nick Singleton - Original Grade: A - November: C

Singleton hasn’t made the impact many expected during the regular season. The rookie back flashed during training camp and preseason, but his struggles with blitz pickup have limited his playing time and kept him inactive on multiple occasions. This grade could change by the end of the season, but it still looks like a solid pick.

Round 6: DT Jackie Marshall - Original Grade: C+ - November: Incomplete

Marshall is still virtually an unknown. Marshall did enough to make the 53-man roster out of training camp, but has yet to see any game action in 2026 and has been a healthy scratch.

Round 6: C Pat Coogan - Original Grade: B+ - November: Incomplete

Coogan played well in training camp and preseason, but has logged only 25 snaps over the first eight games of the season on special teams. With starting center Austin Schlottmann struggling, Coogan may get a shot at some playing time in the second half of the season.

Round 7: TE Jaren Kanak - Original Grade: A - November: Incomplete

Kanak made some plays early in training camp, but suffered a season-ending injury and was placed on injured reserve.
