Danhausen unveiled "The Demon" Finn Balor as his experiment and unleashed him upon Gunther during "WWE SmackDown." It's the first time Balor has donned the war-paint since WrestleMania 42. 

Danhausen was out in the ring as this week's Halloween host of the show, finally looking to unveil the 'experiment' he has been teasing in recent months. Gunther came out to beat down Danhausen once again, putting him through a table before a group of Minihausens ran down to the ring to try and make the save. 

They wound up beaten down all the same, having pumpkins hurled at them before one was powerbombed through the other and the table they were set upon. Gunther set up another table, cinching a rear choke on Danhausen before presumably looking to put him through it. 

Danhausen struggled to no avail but then Cursed Gunther, preceding the lights to go out and a heartbeat to play out over the venue. That heartbeat gradually got faster before "Demon" Balor arose from a gurney, revealing his alter-ego to have been Danhausen's experiment. Balor slowly approached and confronted a fearful Gunther, ending up whipped with a belt but no-selling it completely. 

Balor went on to dropkick Gunther through the table that he had set up, then setting him up on the announcer's desk on the outside. He then climbed a ladder and delivered Coup de Grace to put Gunther through the desk, before returning to the ring to pose with Danhausen and close the segment.
