Tottenham’s difficult start to the season has left them bottom of the Premier League after the opening rounds, while Coventry are beginning to find their footing following promotion from the Championship.

Tottenham finished 17th in each of the previous two campaigns and have yet to show clear signs of improvement under Roberto De Zerbi.

Coventry returned to the Premier League after winning the Championship convincingly, but their early efforts to adjust to the top flight proved difficult. Their season changed in the fifth round, when they secured a narrow 1-0 away victory against Nottingham Forest.

They followed that result with a much more emphatic performance, beating Newcastle 4-1 at home in their next league match.

The Premier League fixture between Tottenham and Coventry will begin on 19 October at 22:00 Moscow time.
