According to Daily Post Nigeria on Sunday, November 1, 2026, Nigerian forward Gift Orban delivered an impressive performance for Amedspor, scoring a goal and providing an assist in his side’s emphatic 5-1 victory over Eyupspor in the Turkish Super Lig.
Amedspor started strongly, taking the lead in the 13th minute through Ermal Krasniqi, who converted an opportunity created by Rayan Lutin.
Orban increased the home side’s advantage about 10 minutes before half-time. The Nigerian striker produced an excellent finish with his left foot to make it 2-0 and put Amedspor in a comfortable position.
The 24-year-old was not finished with his contribution. Just three minutes before the interval, he turned provider by setting up Samuel Ballet, who scored Amedspor’s third goal of the encounter.
Ballet went on to complete a hat-trick, adding two more goals to his earlier effort to take the hosts’ tally to five. However, his impressive afternoon ended controversially when he received a red card during stoppage time for violent conduct.
Orban’s latest contribution further underlines his growing influence at the Turkish club. He has now recorded nine goals and four assists in 10 appearances across all competitions for Amedspor this season.
The victory also extended Amedspor’s unbeaten sequence to eight matches, strengthening their position in the league standings.
