According to a report by Manchester Evening News on Monday October 19, 2026, Manchester United have learned the dates and kick-off times of their remaining fixtures for 2026 after the Premier League confirmed changes to three December matches for live television coverage.
According to the Manchester Evening News, United's trip to Newcastle United, their home encounter against Coventry City and their visit to Crystal Palace are among the fixtures supporters need to keep an eye on as the festive period approaches.
United will travel to Newcastle on Wednesday, December 2, with the match scheduled to kick off at 8:15 pm. Although the date remains unchanged, the kick-off time has been adjusted, and the game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
The Red Devils will return to Old Trafford three days later to face Coventry City on Saturday, December 5. The match is scheduled to begin at 3 pm and will not be shown live in the United Kingdom. Coventry are managed by former Chelsea and England midfielder Frank Lampard.
Manchester United's next major scheduling change concerns their trip to Crystal Palace. The encounter at Selhurst Park has been moved to Sunday, December 13, with kick-off set for 7 pm.
The late start could create additional challenges for supporters travelling to London, while the match itself will present another test for United away from home.
Attention will then turn to one of the standout fixtures of the month, as United travel to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal on Sunday, December 20. The match will kick off at 4:30 pm and feature in Sky Sports' Super Sunday coverage.
The meeting could prove important in the Premier League standings, depending on both teams' performances in the weeks leading up to the encounter. United will be hoping to secure a positive result against one of their major rivals as they look to maintain momentum during a demanding period of the season.
Meanwhile, United's festive schedule will see them welcome Nottingham Forest to Old Trafford on Sunday, December 27, with kick-off scheduled for 4:30 pm.
The Reds will then continue their campaign in the new year with an away trip to Brighton on Saturday, January 2, at 12:30 pm.
The club's other January fixture against Sunderland also features in the published schedule, although the reported date and day of the week require confirmation.
With several important matches coming in quick succession, Manchester United will need to manage their squad carefully to cope with the physical demands of the festive period.
The revised schedule also gives supporters more time to organise their travel arrangements, particularly for the away matches against Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Arsenal.
