Crossfit athletes, strongmen, and strongwomen who participated in the Rogue Invitational in Scotland are no doubt still recovering. US and UK-based competitors dominated, but how much money did they win?
In case you don’t already know, the results are in, and Trey Mitchell ended Mitchell Hooper’s dominance to win the strongman title, while fellow American Angelica Jardine was victorious in the strongwoman division. Elsewhere, Brit Lucy Campbell won the women’s Invitational, and Dallin Pepper claimed a first win since the 2019 Teenage CrossFit Games.
The $1.58 million prize pool was split between athletes in all four categories, although Rogue’s unique method makes things a little more complicated. A $1.215 million cash investment is offered, along with a $275,000 Bitcoin investment where any growth in value is added to the prize purse. Things didn’t quite go to plan this year though, with the $95,000 per coin purchase price having dropped in value to $79,000.
The prize pool also grows based on ticket sales, registration fees, merchandise sales, and the monthly Rogue Challenge Series registrations. The majority of the purse goes to CrossFit athletes, with $1,092,076 split between male and female competitors. Here is how much CrossFit athletes earned from the 2026 Rogue Invitational, based on their finishing position:
Strongmen and strongwomen share the remainder of the pot, and this is how money was awarded in 2026:
Trey Mitchell | Angelica Jardine
James Sprague | Laura Horvath
Tudor Magda | Gabriela Migala
Jay Crouch | Emma Lawson
Ricky Garard | Alex Gazan
Guilherme Malheiros | Olivia Kerstetter
Jayson Hopper | Emma Tall
Bayley Martin | Aimee Cringle
Jeffrey Adler | Kyra Milligan
Colten Mertens | Dani Speegle
Athletes and supporters will already have half an eye on news about the 2027 Rogue Invitational, which will be the 9th annual event. The event will leave Scotland after three consecutive years.
