Liverpool will aim to extend their Premier League winning run against Arsenal at Anfield on Sunday afternoon. Andoni Iraola has insisted that his focus is on the three points as his side's recent form has left him "wanting more."
Since losing 3-0 to Manchester City, the Reds have won their last two league matches and sit fourth in the table. The Liverpool boss is urging the Anfield crowd to get behind their team and make the stadium a fortress again.
He said: "The victory over Brighton showed once again the importance of doing the basics well. I love that this is something that our supporters respond to.
"This was something I knew already from my time as an opposition manager but feeling it on this side – especially those moments when the whole crowd reacts to a tackle being won or a player showing big desire – is something that, like winning, I could never get enough of."
Here, Mirror Football has the latest news coming out of Anfield.
Alexis Mac Allister is reportedly 'set to leave' Liverpool at the end of the season. Sky Sports Switzerland claims that a new deal for the Argentine midfielder is not in the Reds' current plans as they aim to reshape their squad next summer.
This decision has made Mac Allister's departure in 2027 a 'concrete possibility' despite the 27-year-old's preference to remain at Anfield. His agents have reportedly already been offering the midfielder to clubs across La Liga, Serie A and the Saudi Pro League.

Mac Allister's contract runs until the summer of 2028 but with an overhaul expected next year, it remains possible that Liverpool could watch him leave at the season's end.
Liverpool are set to reunite with Dirk Kuyt in the Champions League after he was placed in interim charge of Fenerbahce. The former winger, who made 111 goal contributions during his time at Anfield, will manage the Turkish side as they face the Reds next week.

Kuyt also played for Fenerbahce in his career and has replaced Ismail Kartal at the helm after a run of poor results. The 2-1 loss to rivals Galatasaray spelt the end for Kartal and the beginning for Kuyt.
The 46-year-old will lead the team for the first time against Goztepe this weekend before facing his old side in the Champions League on Wednesday, November 4. Kuyt is expected to remain in charge until the international break, which will be three games in total.
