Tottenham Hotspur could look to strengthen their attacking options in the January transfer window as they assess potential opportunities in the market.

Spurs are reportedly interested in a highly rated Real Madrid forward who could offer a fresh dimension to their frontline.

However, any attempt to bring him to north London may prove difficult given the high regard in which he is held by Madrid boss José Mourinho.

Tottenham Interested in Real Madrid Star Endrick

According to TEAMtalk, Tottenham are considering a move for Real Madrid forward Endrick as they explore ways to improve their attacking options.

The Brazilian youngster has attracted plenty of attention because of his potential, although competition for places at the Spanish giants has made regular first-team opportunities difficult to secure.

That situation could ordinarily create an opening for interested clubs, with Tottenham potentially viewing the January window as a chance to test Real Madrid’s resolve.

Endrick’s talent is certainly not in question. Mourinho has described the forward as “incredible”, underlining the esteem in which he is held by the Real Madrid manager.

However, that admiration could make negotiations particularly challenging for Spurs, especially if Madrid are reluctant to let the youngster leave midway through the campaign.

Tottenham would need to convince the Spanish club that a move would benefit Endrick’s development, while also establishing whether a loan arrangement or a permanent transfer could be considered.

For Spurs, adding another attacking option could prove valuable as they look to build greater depth across the forward line. Endrick’s potential and technical ability would make him an intriguing target, but his availability remains the major question.

Mourinho’s public backing suggests Real Madrid may be keen to keep hold of the Brazilian, meaning Tottenham could face a difficult task if they decide to pursue their interest.

The January window could provide further clarity on Endrick’s situation, but Spurs may need to explore alternative targets if Madrid refuse to entertain a departure.

Elsewhere, Tottenham defender Pedro Porro is understood to want to leave the club, with Barcelona reportedly monitoring his situation.
