Abdukodir Khusanov was rated Manchester City’s outstanding performer by WhoScored after the Premier League leaders suffered a 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa on Saturday.

Manchester City remain top of the table despite the loss, but Arsenal have now closed the gap and trail only on goal difference.

Khusanov received a rating of 8.0 for his performance, putting him ahead of Jeremy Doku, who scored 7.8, and Erling Haaland, rated 7.6. The defender’s display earned him the highest mark among Manchester City’s players.

Gianluigi Donnarumma recorded the lowest rating for Manchester City at 4.9, while Marc Guehi was given 5.1.
