A new film from Arsenal Football Club and Oakley Meta demonstrates a shared determination to keep pushing forwards

We’re proud to launch We Go Again, a film by Arsenal Football Club and Oakley Meta that captures the determination to turn last season’s success into motivation for what comes next. It follows Declan Rice on an early-morning run along our victory parade route through North London, wearing Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses and returning to the streets where we celebrated together. The film reflects a mentality shared by Arsenal and Oakley Meta: celebrate what you’ve achieved, then get back to work.

It is the first project of a new partnership, bringing together two brands united by a shared ambition to keep pushing forwards. For Arsenal, last season's title win was a moment to celebrate everything our players, our supporters and our communities achieved together, and gave us the confidence and motivation to go again. That determination to build on success, put in the work and keep improving is at the heart of this film and partnership.

The players have already been using the Oakley Meta glasses and they were part of the celebrations that inspired the film. Our players took them on last season’s victory parade, enabling them to be present and celebrate with the Gooners who filled the streets of North London.

Now, We Go Again returns to that same route, turning those memories into motivation for what comes next. The early start embodies that relentless pursuit of improvement: staying focused, refusing to give up and pushing for more.

Arsenal Chief Revenue Officer, Omar Shaikh, said: “The trophy parade showed the extraordinary connection that brings Gooners together, from those who filled the streets of North London to the millions around the world who were part of our success. Winning has given us the confidence to think bigger about what Arsenal can be and how we bring our supporters with us. Our partnership with Oakley Meta is part of that ambition, bringing together the power of Arsenal and our communities around the world with Oakley Meta's technology and creativity to create new experiences that bring supporters closer to our club. We're excited to deepen that relationship and see what we can achieve together.”

Eshan Ponnadurai, VP, Wearables at Meta, said: "The spirit of Arsenal and the passion of its supporters resonate with what we see in everyday athletes around the world: a determination to keep going, keep improving and never give up. That shared mentality is what brings Arsenal and Oakley Meta together. For our first project, we wanted to celebrate a moment that meant so much to Arsenal fans and capture how it inspires what comes next. We Go Again connects the joy of last season's celebrations with the drive to get back out there and push for more."
