PROGRESS Wrestling Announces Injury To Rhio
rhio

Rhio is on the shelf.

The current and three-time PROGRESS Women’s Champion Rhio will no longer be in action at the promotion’s Chapter 199: BONESTORM event on October 25th in London, England.

The news was pushed out that Rhio suffered an injury. PROGRESS wrote:

“🚨 Match Change 🚨

Unfortunately due to injury suffered last night, PROGRESS Womens World Champion
@rhio_wrestler
is unable to compete at Chapter 199: BONESTORM. We know Rhio is tough beyond belief, so we wish Rhio the very best and hopefully she is back with us ASAP.

This leaves Number 1 contender Raven Creed without an opponent, and she has demanded a fight. Therefore, we have endeavoured to find an exciting young talent who can step up and take the opportunity.

Step forward MARZ. The Australian native is excited to come to PROGRESS. Only a few years into her career, she is already world travelled. Most recently wrestling in Japan for TJPW, Ice Ribbon and Pro Wrestling Diana.

What could happen if she defeats the Number 1 contender to the PROGRESS Womens World Title? This should be one hell of an addition to BONESTORM.

When there is an update/more details shared about her status, we’ll relay that here on Fightful.
