Angel Medina calls it a career.

At FLEX Wrestling in New York on Friday, October 24, Angel Medina, best known as Angel from the tag team Da Baldies in ECW, officially retired. He lost to HC Loc in a bout refereed by Tony DeVito, Angel’s partner as Da Baldies.

Angel and Loc have been feuding throughout the year in FLEX. Angel competed regularly until 2019, when he went on a hiatus before returning to the ring in 2024 for a handful of matches.

He made his in-ring debut in 1996 and started wrestling for ECW in 1998, wrestling as Spanish Angel. He is a former six-time IWA Puerto Rico Hardcore Champion.
