Three more Liverpool fixtures have been changed for television purposes, with the schedule until the festive period now confirmed.
The Reds' game at Sunderland remains on Wednesday, December 2, but will now kick off at 7.30pm UK time. Liverpool's trip to Chelsea is still on Saturday, December 5, but is now a 12.30pm kick-off, and the match with Spurs, when Andy Robertson will return to Anfield again, will start at 5.30pm.
The only Liverpool game that will not be televised in the UK is against Leeds. Matches with Hull and Aston Villa over the Christmas period had already been moved to give fans more time to plan ahead.
Liverpool faces Villarreal in the Champions League next. It then has Brighton, Chelsea, Arsenal, Fenerbahce and Crystal Palace before the November international break.
"I am thinking of the best XI for Villarreal, but maybe it is not the one you think because some (players) are not fresh enough," Iraola explained during his pre-match press conference at Anfield on Tuesday.
"How can we put a good XI in there with the changes and we know we have a very busy schedule, we have to take it one by one and we take it that way.
"We cannot plan too much because we can get injuries, so we try to focus on how the players recover. It was a demanding game against Brentford — they demand it — so it's important everyone who starts tomorrow feels 100 per cent."
Iraola was also asked about German playmaker Florian Wirtz, who played well against LASK a week ago. He has been criticized for his displays of late, but has tended to look better in European games.
"I think he's coming in from two very good games, LASK and Brentford, and he helped a lot in and out of possession," Iraola said.
"I hope we can keep him there. We analyze and scrutinize everything, but when he does well, it's fair to say."
Get Liverpool's new 2026/27 home kit
Liverpool FC have launched their new home kit for the 2026/27, inspired by iconic adidas strip worn during the club's 1989/90 title-winning campaign.
So far this season, Liverpool played better away from home. That will need to change in the next few months if the Reds are to find some consistency.
"We've had better results away, but we've had tough games, and Atletico and Spurs were good," the Spaniard added.
"I prefer to play at home 100 per cent, but it's true the games are different and we take it one by one. Now it is Villarreal; we focus and I know them very well. We need to do a game we did against Atletico."
