Eliezer Kubanza brought the technique and the power to PFL Chicago on Friday, and it resulted in a win over a UFC alumnus.

In the featured prelim at Wintrust Arena, Kubanza (10-1) violently dismantled Trey Waters (10-3) en route to a knockout stoppage at 1:36 of Round 1.

Kubanza was quicker, and put together slick boxing combinations including a double-left hand to put Waters down once and for all.

The victory was Kubanza's third in a row since joining PFL following a loss to Chris Alvidrez on Dana White's Contender Series in September 2025.

Waters falls to 1-1 in PFL since his UFC release in late 2025.
